SAP's Cloud for Customer(C4C) is now renamed as SAP Hybris C4C creating its presence felt within the CRM marketplace with its inbuilt integration to SAP CRM, ECC and several other 3rd party apps. SAP Hybris Cloud for shopper is way more finish, sturdy and mature solution than its predecessors.
